Availability
CHF 340.- for 2 people aged 10 and over / night including cleaning, bed linen and a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. (Dogs are not allowed)
The glass igloo can be booked from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, overnight stays are not possible from Sunday to Monday (closed day)
You are welcome to book the following additional services as you wish:

♡ Urner white wine CHF 35.00 for 0.5 l bottle

The prices include VAT and tourist taxes.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Glasiglu Furgelen.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m
After booking, we will send a detailed fact sheet with all the important information for your overnight stay in the glass igloo.
Check-out must take place by 9:30 a.m. at the latest
We ask you to close all windows and the door and to leave the accommodation as you would like to find it.
The Furgelen is at 1200 meters above sea level. located directly above Isenthal with a fantastic view of Lake Lucerne.
The glass igloo can only be reached on foot or reach by cable car. There is no public road.
The cable car station is located slightly above the “Isenthal, Weid-Furggelen” post bus stop. Free parking spaces are also available at the Postbus stop.
The glass igloo can be hiked from the post bus stop via the wonderful “Uri dialect hiking trail”.
If you want to travel by cable car, please arrange with the Bissig family the evening before your arrival at what time you want to use the cable car. Since the train is privately operated, the operation must be agreed upon in advance.

Dinner(on pre-order):
We would be happy to spoil you in the glass igloo with a fine fondue basket upon pre-order.
The fondue basket contains a fine Uri cheese fondue, homemade bread and a pot of hot “Uri herbal tea”.
Price for 2 people: CHF 51.00
Breakfast (on pre-order):
Before departure, the pre-ordered Zmorgechorb can be enjoyed directly at the glass igloo.
The basket includes: Homemade bread, butter, jam, house sausages, Isenthaler cheese and 1 pot of coffee (self-service tea).
Price for 2 people: CHF 34.00
All necessary dishes are of course provided.

You can order a bottle of Uri white wine to go with the fondue.

Self-catering
A raclette set and a small, handy grill are available to you. Unfortunately, there are no public fireplaces nearby.
Please note that there is an absolute ban on fire in the entire area around the Urner Mundartweg.
